Servo Voltage Stabilizer Manufacturer in India
Purevolt manufactures servo voltage stabilizers for industrial, commercial, institutional, and infrastructure applications that require a controlled output despite variations in incoming mains voltage. A servo stabilizer continuously monitors the supply and automatically corrects low or high voltage through a servo motor, variable autotransformer, and buck-boost transformer arrangement. The result is a stable output for machines and electronic systems operating within the stabilizer’s designed input range.
The product range includes single-phase and three-phase models, air-cooled and oil-cooled construction, balanced and unbalanced configurations, and customized input-output specifications. Purevolt’s range covers air-cooled servo stabilizers from 1 KVA to 200 KVA and oil-cooled models from 15 KVA to 2500 KVA, subject to phase, voltage range, duty, and application requirements.
Why Use a Servo Voltage Stabilizer?
Electrical equipment is designed around a specified operating voltage. Persistent under-voltage can increase current, reduce motor torque, cause overheating, interrupt production, and prevent contactors or control systems from operating correctly. Over-voltage can place additional stress on insulation, capacitors, power supplies, drives, lighting, and electronic components. Rapid fluctuations may also result in nuisance tripping, process errors, inconsistent machine performance, and premature failure.
A correctly selected servo voltage stabilizer keeps the output close to the required set value while the input changes within the approved range. Purevolt models are commonly configured for approximately 230 V single-phase or 400 V three-phase output, with output regulation up to ±1% in specified designs.
Types of Servo Voltage Stabilizers
Single-Phase Servo Stabilizer
Single-phase models are suitable for laboratories, offices, medical equipment, communication systems, homes with sensitive loads, printing units, small machinery, and other applications supplied by single-phase power.
Three-Phase Servo Stabilizer
Three-phase stabilizers are used for CNC machines, industrial plants, process equipment, packaging lines, textile machines, printing presses, medical installations, cold storage equipment, lifts, and centralized electrical loads. Balanced or unbalanced correction may be selected according to the supply and load.
Air-Cooled Servo Stabilizer
Air-cooled stabilizers use natural or forced-air cooling and are generally preferred for lower and medium ratings where installation conditions allow effective ventilation.
Oil-Cooled Servo Stabilizer
Oil-cooled models use transformer oil for cooling and insulation and are commonly selected for higher ratings, continuous duty, wide voltage ranges, heavy industrial loads, and demanding operating environments.
Main Components
A servo stabilizer typically includes a control circuit, voltage-sensing arrangement, servo motor, variable autotransformer, buck-boost transformer, carbon-brush assembly, contactors or relays, meters or digital display, and protective switching devices. When input voltage changes, the controller drives the servo motor, which adjusts the variable transformer. The buck-boost transformer then adds or subtracts the required correction voltage.

Industrial Applications
Servo voltage stabilizers are used with CNC and VMC machines, laser-cutting equipment, printing presses, packaging machinery, textile machines, injection-molding systems, elevators, medical and diagnostic equipment, laboratory instruments, cold storage plants, chillers, compressors, flour mills, rice mills, food-processing lines, pharmaceutical units, hotels, educational institutions, data centers, telecom systems, and manufacturing plants.
How to Choose the Correct Servo Stabilizer
Identify the supply phase, connected load, maximum operating current, motor or transformer starting current, power factor, duty cycle, and future expansion. Measure the minimum and maximum incoming voltage during different operating periods. For a three-phase system, record each phase-to-phase voltage and determine whether the load is balanced.
The KVA rating should include suitable allowance for starting current, inrush, load growth, and operating conditions. Also specify required output voltage, correction accuracy, cooling type, indoor or outdoor location, ambient temperature, protection level, bypass requirement, cable entry, and metering.
Servo Voltage Stabilizer Price
Price depends on KVA rating, input range, phase, balanced or unbalanced design, air or oil cooling, protection devices, enclosure, metering, quantity and customization. Wider input ranges and higher-capacity systems generally require a different electrical and mechanical design.
Share your load list, incoming-voltage readings, phase, required output, application, and installation location with Purevolt for model selection and a detailed quotation. A properly specified stabilizer provides better voltage control, equipment protection, and operating reliability than a unit chosen only from nominal load capacity.
