Data Loss Is Instant and Often Unrecoverable

A server going down mid-transaction does not just inconvenience users. It can corrupt database tables, lose financial records, invalidate audit logs, and trigger regulatory problems. RAID arrays and backup systems do not help when the server loses power during a write operation. An online UPS prevents the event from reaching the server at all.

How a Three Phase Online UPS Works

True double conversion. Three phase input is converted to DC, which feeds the battery bank and powers the inverter. Three phase output is regenerated fresh from the inverter at all times.

Three Phase Rectifier Converts Input to DC

The three phase mains input goes into a rectifier with active power factor correction. The rectifier converts AC to DC. This DC simultaneously charges the battery bank and feeds the inverter. Your load never draws directly from the mains.

Inverter Regenerates Clean Three Phase Output

The inverter takes DC from the battery bank and generates a fresh, clean three phase 400V AC sine wave output with less than 3 percent THD. Output frequency is crystal-controlled at 50 Hz plus or minus 0.01 percent. This is what your equipment runs on at all times.

Mains Failure Has Zero Effect on the Load

When the three phase mains fails, the inverter continues drawing from the battery bank and generating the same clean output. No transfer, no relay click, no interruption. The load does not see the event at all. The UPS alarm notifies the operator while the load continues normally.

Static Bypass for Servicing

The static transfer switch can bypass the inverter and connect the load directly to mains in milliseconds for maintenance or overload situations. This is controllable from the UPS panel or remotely via the SNMP interface. Normal operation resumes automatically once the bypass condition is cleared.
